The incident occurred in front of a beer bar at Pattaya beach, Bang Lamung district, on the evening of Sept 17. The grandmother of the two victims, Supreeya Kongkhan, 47, a food vendor, brought the case to the attention of local reporters on Thursday after filing a complaint with police. He and two friends chased after the pickup on another motorcycle and found it parked in front of a beer bar at the entrance to the housing estate.
